Andrea Christofi joined PHC TSANGARIDES LLC in 2022 and has since been a part of the corporate department of the firm.
Andrea works with clients at all stages of the corporate life cycle of a company and assists not only with the incorporation, dissolution or liquidation but also with any required actions to be taken or changes to be made during the existence of a corporate entity (e.g. changes to the company name, constitutional documents, share capital, classes of shares, shareholders, nominal value, directors, redemption of shares, etc). Andrea is also involved and assists our clients with all matters relating to the opening and administration of bank accounts.
